Serena Thrashes Zvonareva to Win Wimbledon

World #1 American Serena Williams crushed Russian Vera Zvonareva 6-3, 6-2 in just over 1 hour. This lopsided affair was expected and unfortunately because of that there wasn’t much that wasn’t expected. Experience, power, athleticism, and guile all favored Williams. Congratulations to her on winning her 4th Wimbledon title and 13th Grand Slam.
